The collaboration between Sentinel Diagnostics and Tokyo Boeki Medical System has given life to Sentilab, a complete system for laboratory analysis, based on an intelligent combination of instruments (Biolis 24i) and reagentsi (Sentinel Diagnostics), in which eache element has been planned and developed for reciprocal integration.

Biolis 24i uses an air pressure mixing system

Mixing by air offers two advantages: reliability and cost reduction. In fact, this system reduces the amount of mechanical parts which are in movement, doesn't distribute washing water for the stirrers and avoids reagent cross contamination.

Sentilab uses a practical barcoding system

All Sentilab products are coded using Barcodes, in orderto recognise and catalogue the reagents in a simple, fast and precise way. The data contained in the barcode, controlled by software, makes it possible to manage and monitor the process and to check the availability and expiration of reagents on board, keeping
the situation constantly under construction.
